Just a line to say thank you to Computer Solutions after their help on the phone with a problem on my daughters HP laptop, without incurring any charges at this stage. The easy way the specialist explained to a non computer literate person how to resolve my problem was very refreshing in a day and age where cost is normally the number ones subject.
